@NickBrownAuthor @JoolzDenby There is a wider cultural shift to an inability to distinguish between idea and person (even witnessed in films being ‰Û÷bad‰Ûª because they did not feature a certain theory), the devaluing of truth/fact, but the dead cats in the post has unfortunately, always been here.

@JoolzDenby @NickBrownAuthor What the Net has done – aside from emboldening cowards – has allowed for the industrialisation of hate. It used to be quite artisan to do deep fakery, now it is production line affair.
