The line-up for this edition makes me feel like Impostor King. to be included among it. It features one of the best bits of writing I have seen in the last year by @mxmarchpane and Hookland’s Restal Wastes brought to life by the wonderful art of @MariaStrutz.

The ruins of The Third MaryÛªs Chapel at Greychurch have become a trap for ghost stories, for folklore. Anything slightly strange that walks through its environs is caught in its stone teeth. As it crumbles, so its gravitic pull on the collective imagination grows. – #CLNolan https://t.co/VPfyHJ9aIl

The Hine, Hind and Delgado film company – cruelly nicknamed by cinema critics as Horrors, Histories and Duds – was HooklandÛªs most successful movie studios. Sadly, only three of its short films from the 1930s based on the work of #CLNolan and introduced by the author still exist.
